3	Troop / Girl Order Instructions The following is an example of how to enter orders down to the Girl level. All of the products and incentives shown in this presentation are for demonstration only. They will NOT match your councils products and incentive choices. For further details please refer to the 2009 manuals available online. Just read everything in the yellow boxes and click where the arrows point.

32	Troop Special Order Instructions The following is an example of how to make transfers from the Troops Special Order into individual Girl Orders AFTER the Council has submitted the Nut/Candy order to Ashdon Farms but BEFORE incentives have been submitted. The Troop Special Order would be used for the following reasons: 1) Late Orders / Additional Orders / Booth Sales. › Council users transfer product into a Troop Special Order from Consignment or Reorders. › Council or Service Unit Cupboard users transfer product into a Troop Special Order from another Service Unit/Troop. 2) Girl order error or transfer error. › Council, Service Unit or Troop users can transfer product from a Girl Order back into the Troop Special Order to correct her order. NOTE: Once product is transferred into a Troop Special Order that product can stay there or be transferred into individual Girls. New Girls can be created at this point but only until the Incentive Order is submitted to Ashdon Farms (check with Council for that date). ALL Girl Orders will be LOCKED after the Incentive Order is submitted. Again, for further details please refer to the 2009 manuals available online.
33	GIRL ORDER TRANSFERS After the Council has submitted the Nut/Candy order to Ashdon Farms you will be able to transfer product from the Troop Special Order into a Girl Order. Go to the Troop/Girl Orders page and click “Edit” in the pink Girl Orders column.
34	GIRL ORDER TRANSFERS Click the yellow “Transfer Product Within Troop” button. If you are trying to transfer product into a girl and no quantities exist in the Troop Special Order please contact your Service Unit Manager or Council. FYI – New Girls can be added at this point if necessary.
